Testimonials

Hope is an absolute professional, with a fantastic personal touch. This was our first time selling and she walked us through everything, was never condescending or demeaning about our lack of knowledge. Incredibly resourceful in helping us find contractors to do some work on the house and even going above and beyond to help us be ready to list! I would recommend Hope to friends and family without hesitation. We also used Hope when we were looking to purchase property and build a home after selling. It was an equally enjoyable experience. She helped with her knowledge of local builders when we were making and narrowing down our list and kept in touch with us throughout the process.

Hope is the best! We got to know Hope by accident when we were looking for a condo for my mom, and our meeting turned out to be a real blessing. Hope is very professional and personable at the same time. We will definitely be using her again, and highly recommend her to anyone for real estate needs!

We first met Hope when my son was shopping for his first home. A mutual friend recommended her and we couldn’t be happier!! She is dedicated, hard working, available when you need her and responsive to questions and inquiries. We were so pleased, we decided to use her services again when it was time to sell my mom’s home. Hope has creative solutions. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. It’s obvious she loves what she does. I highly recommend Hope and Determined Realty.

We can not recommend Hope more highly. She listed and sold our house during the pandemic lockdown. She’s a real professional in everything she does and communicates in a timely and thorough fashion. We trusted her completely. We’d work with her again in a heartbeat.

What a great experience working with someone like Hope, incredibly honest and straightforward, great negotiations skills, the fact she acts very fast when a good offer is submitted managed to get us 7k over asking price, we could never ask for a better agent, big thank you Hope, we truly appreciate all your help and knowledge!

Hope was a fantastic agent , she was very on top of things getting my house sold and also worked with my agent in Tennessee to make sure things were working on both end. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
